Privacy policy

Short, because the practice is simple: collect little, use it only for what you gave it for, sell nothing.

Effective July 27, 2026 · The Marketizer LLC, Long Beach, California

What gets collected

  • Contact form. Name, company, website, email, funding stage, budget band, and your message. Submitted only when you send the form, processed on this site's own server, and emailed to hello@themarketizer.com. No third-party form processor sees it.
  • Analytics. Standard aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, approximate location by region) to understand what content is useful. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no retargeting audiences.
  • Email. If you email me directly, I keep the correspondence like any professional would.

What it's used for

Responding to you, preparing for a call you requested, and running the engagement if we work together. That's the list.

What never happens

  • Your data is never sold, rented or traded.
  • Form submissions are never added to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
  • Client-confidential material is covered by NDA and handled per the engagement's terms — including locally-hosted processing for export-controlled work.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry data is kept while it's relevant to a live or potential conversation, then deleted. Ask at hello@themarketizer.com and I'll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it — usually within a week, without a form or a fight.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. No silent edits.
