This site is published by The Marketizer LLC. You're welcome to read, link to and quote it with attribution. Don't scrape it wholesale into a product, pass its content off as your own, or use it to spam anyone.
What the content is
Everything here — including engagement structures, market statistics and published terms — describes how I work and what I've observed, as of the dates shown. Statistics are cited to their sources and were accurate when published. None of it is a guarantee of results for your specific company, and none of it constitutes legal, financial or investment advice.
Engagements
Actual engagements are governed by a written agreement signed by both parties — scope, fees, confidentiality, IP and termination live there. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins. The structural terms published on the engagements page are the honest defaults that agreement starts from.
Third-party content
External links and cited sources belong to their owners; linking isn't endorsement, and I don't control what changes on the other end.
Liability
